DELIVERY

• Standard Delivery - We use Royal Mail 2nd Class normally delivered within 2-4 working days, however certain addresses may take up to 5 days to arrive. This is service cannot be tracked by us or yourself.
• Standard Delivery - Signed For - We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Singed For, normally delivered within 2-4 working days, however certain addresses may take up to 5 days to arrive. This is a service that can be tracked.
• Next Day Delivery - We cannot ensure that your order will be with you the next working day. Royal Mail can experience delays that are out of our control. Please note if you order is not placed before 3pm it will be dispatched the next day. If placed after 2pm on Thursday we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on a Saturday.
• Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Delivery Before 1pm - We cannot guarantee that orders will be with you before 1pm this is in control of Royal Mail. Please note the order must be placed before 3pm the day before.
• Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there is an Event Outside Our Control.
• Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us.
• If no one is available at your address to take delivery, Royal Mail will leave you a note that the Products have been returned to the local Royal Mail depot, a re-delivery via Royal Mail or a collection from the Royal Mail local office can be organised directly with Royal Mail.
• The Products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.
• You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.
